GTG Panel Operator

Operate the panels and systems in CCR.
Responsible for equipment status monitor under the lead of the team. Adjust Power Plant parameters in accordance with
the requirements. Participate in making of powerplant emergency plan. And handle the emergency case as per the
emergency plan. Prepare the power plant daily report, weekly report and monthly report.Monitor main equipment from
DCS control console.Implement start/stop operation of daily equipment based on standard operation procedures.Maintain
precise periodical working report and latest record, work permit and other records.Monitor alarm summary and track
necessary modification activities.Initiate and track necessary inspection in case of any abnormality or deviation on the
instrument panel.Update and maintain all reports related to working records and operation & power plant daily
reports.Recommend supervisor possible equipment improvement.Follow HSSE policies of company.Adjust controls to
generate specified electrical power, or to regulate the flow of power between generating stations and substations.Control
and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, fans, compressors, condensers, feed water heaters, filters, and
chlorinators, to supply water, fuel, lubricants, air, and auxiliary power.Control generator output to match the phase,
frequency, and voltage of electricity supplied to panels.Monitor and inspect power plant equipment and indicators to
detect evidence of operating problems.Open and close valves and switches in sequence upon signals from other workers,
in order to start or shut down auxiliary units.Operate or control power generating equipment, including boilers, turbines,
generators, and reactors, using control boards or semi-automatic equipment.Place standby emergency electrical
generators online in emergencies and monitor the temperature, output, and lubrication of the system.Regulate equipment
operations and conditions such as water levels, based on data from recording and indicating instruments or from
computers.Replenish electrolytes in batteries and oil in voltage transformers and reset tripped electric relays.Start or stop
generators, auxiliary pumping equipment, turbines, and other power plant equipment, and connect or disconnect
equipment from circuits.
