Communicate with Company HSE team and Anton’s specialists to determine training needs.
Developand conduct training programs for Anton’s employees, and representatives. Plan both short and long-term training goals and objectives.
Provide technical support for maintenance staff in preparation of operations method statements and risk assessment.
Take participation in PTW review and approval.
On a daily basis inspect work places for compliance with HSE requirements.
Provide HSE observation and monitoring during execution of complex works (e.g. emergency works, simultaneous works).
Investigate incidents and near misses, determine the cause and propose corrective measures necessary to prevent the recurrence.
Liaise with Company HSE department and regularly participate in HSE meeting held by the Company.
Provide the technician personnel with PPE required to execute the work. Inspect that PPE is available and properly applied.
HSE supervisor is to provide necessary advice to contractor management to implement HSE requirements, monitor contractor performance and compliance with HSE requirements and report to the contractor management.
