Full Time- Communicate with Company HSE team and Anton’s specialists to determine training needs.
- Developand conduct training programs for Anton’s employees, and representatives. Plan both short and long-term training goals and objectives.
- Provide technical support for maintenance staff in preparation of operations method statements and risk assessment.
- Take participation in PTW review and approval.
- On a daily basis inspect work places for compliance with HSE requirements.
- Provide HSE observation and monitoring during execution of complex works (e.g. emergency works, simultaneous works).
- Investigate incidents and near misses, determine the cause and propose corrective measures necessary to prevent the recurrence.
- Liaise with Company HSE department and regularly participate in HSE meeting held by the Company.
- Provide the technician personnel with PPE required to execute the work. Inspect that PPE is available and properly applied.
- HSE supervisor is to provide necessary advice to contractor management to implement HSE requirements, monitor contractor performance and compliance with HSE requirements and report to the contractor management.
