HSE Trainer

NAYA for Engineering Services & Training is seeking an experienced and qualified HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) Courses Trainer to join our team on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering professional HSE training programs, ensuring compliance with international safety standards, and contributing to the development of high-impact training courses.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional HSE training courses (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, and related programs)
• Develop and update training materials in line with international safety standards and best practices
• Conduct risk assessments and incorporate real-world case studies into training sessions
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback
• Ensure high engagement and effective knowledge transfer during training
• Contribute to the development of new HSE training programs

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
• Certified in HSE (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HSE training or safety management
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to deliver training in classroom and field environments
