Plan, organizes, leads and supervises the execution of HVAC maintenance activities.
Work in close cooperation with Company’s operations and maintenance departments to establish repair scope and repair priority for HVAC equipment.
Involved in maintenance planning within the job responsibilities assigned by WPSE procedure, particularly, creates, reviews, fills in, completes, closes out maintenance notifications and Work Orders in CMMS SAP PM, participates to daily and weekly maintenance planning meetings.
Control work performance and supervise the subordinated personnel during maintenance, repair and testing of HVAC equipment.
Monitor availability of personnel, spare parts, special tools and other resources necessary to accomplish HVAC equipment repairs, prompt reporting if any deficiency is revealed.
Deliver engineering supervision and quality control at the execution of the most critical maintenance works of HVAC equipment where a poorly performed maintenance could cause the equipment malfunction.
Review the maintenance procedures for HVAC equipment;8. Perform general troubleshooting of HVAC equipment.
Prompt reporting on detected failures and malfunctions both developed and developing.
Participate to Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) studies as needed.
Deliver coaching and support for other personnel involved in operation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.
Take parts in works during handover and acceptance tests for new facilities.
Ensures technical supervision with signing corresponding certificates.
Strong commitment and compliance with Company’s HSE policy, safety rules and procedures.
