Perform mech preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC system.
Ensure quality of performed works by strict compliance with instructions provided in manufacturers’ maintenance manuals along with use of proper maintenance techniques and tools.
Strong commitment and compliance with Company’s HSE policy, safety rules and procedures.
Ensure compliance with occupational safety, environmental safety rules and standards applied during repair and maintenance activities.
Participate in development of HVAC systems and equipment operating and maintenance logbooks, technical passports, reports and documentation.
Participate in development of HVAC equipment operation, safe maintenance and repair manuals.
To report about all revealed shortcomings within his competence.
To put forward a proposal regarding improvement of the activities implemented within this job position.
