Lead and supervise the subordinated team of mechanical technicians executing maintenance activities.
Perform first line technical supervision and quality control at the execution of maintenance tasks.
Consider competency level of current staff and distributes work accordingly.
Work preparation.
With due advance ensure availability of resources necessary to accomplish the work assignments, e.g. equipment spare parts and consumables, maintenance tools and fixtures, keep library of standard work packs, pre-visit job site to survey any special requirements etc.
Issue PTW, conduct tool box talk meetings.
Prepares inspection and failure reports.
Reports directly to mechanical supervisor.
Strong commitment and compliance with Company’s HSE policy, safety rules and procedures.
