Assist On-Job Training Supervisor on implementation of OJT continuous improvement process.
Design training programs, develop and revise training materials.
Deliver face-to-face OJT trainings, events and activities.
Identify problem areas, make recommendations and propose On-Job Training Supervisor solutions on adjusting the OJT program/schedule.
Ensure that all Trainees have embedded HSE skills in their day-to-day site activities.
Trainings shall be delivered for Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines.
