Full Time- Lead and supervise the subordinated scaffolding team.
- Manage scaffolds condition by means of regular visual inspection.
- Manage scaffolding work to make sure it is performed by qualified personnel and safe for usage.
- Provide final inspection and issue erection certificate right before using scaffolding by maintenance or operation personnel.
- Manage sufficient storage and well-judged replacement of damaged scaffold details.
- Issue PTW, conducts toolbox talk meetings.
- Reports directly to mechanical supervisor.
- Strong commitment and compliance with Company’s HSE policy, safety rules and procedures.
