Lead and supervise the subordinated scaffolding team.
Manage scaffolds condition by means of regular visual inspection.
Manage scaffolding work to make sure it is performed by qualified personnel and safe for usage.
Provide final inspection and issue erection certificate right before using scaffolding by maintenance or operation personnel.
Manage sufficient storage and well-judged replacement of damaged scaffold details.
Issue PTW, conducts toolbox talk meetings.
Reports directly to mechanical supervisor.
Strong commitment and compliance with Company’s HSE policy, safety rules and procedures.
