About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable web applications. You will play a key role in technical decision-making to deliver robust and innovative solutions

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex full-stack applications
• Lead architectural decisions and ensure best coding practices
• Build scalable front-end solutions using modern JavaScript frameworks
• Develop secure, high-performance back-end services and APIs
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong expertise in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
• Extensive experience with back-end development (laravel ,Node.js, .NET, or similar
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration
• Solid experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable architectures
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems
• Experience with WebRTC, Socket.IO, or other real-time communication frameworks
• Familiarity with media streaming technologies (RTMP, HLS, WebSockets, etc
