Job Responsibilities:

  1. Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modification tasks on static mechanical equipment in the CPF and GPP.
  2. Perform inspection and testing of equipment to ensure that it meets safety and environmental regulations and standards.
  3. Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for static mechanical equipment.
  4. Coordinate with other technicians and engineers to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  5. Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
  6. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to maintenance activities.
  7. Identify and report potential equipment issuesand recommend solutions to prevent equipment failures.
  8. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as needed.

Job Requirements:

  1. Diploma or equivalent some college coursework in mechanical engineering or related field preferred.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in static mechanical equipment maintenance and repair in the oil and gas industry.
  3. Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ASME and API codes.
  4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines6.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  7. Proficiency in relevant tools and software, such as computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and inspection and testing equipment.
