Job Description

We are expanding our professional training network and seeking qualified trainers, instructors, lecturers, industry professionals, and subject matter experts across multiple disciplines.

We are looking for professionals who combine strong technical or professional expertise with the ability to transfer knowledge effectively and deliver engaging, practical, and high-quality training.

Selected professionals may participate in online and/or in-person training programs based on their specialization, experience, availability, and the requirements of each training project.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver professional training within the trainer's area of expertise.

Deliver training online and/or in person according to program requirements.

Develop or adapt presentations, exercises, case studies, and assessments when required.

Ensure training content is accurate, current, practical, and relevant to industry requirements.

Encourage participant engagement and maintain a professional learning environment.

Conduct assessments and evaluate participant learning where applicable.

Maintain required training and assessment documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should ideally have:

Strong academic, technical, or professional knowledge within their specialization.

Relevant practical industry experience.

Previous training, teaching, coaching, or presentation experience.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to explain technical or professional subjects clearly and effectively.

Ability to deliver training in Arabic and/or English.

Good computer skills and the ability to deliver online training where applicable.

Relevant professional qualifications, certifications, licenses, or international credentials are highly desirable.

Train-the-Trainer or instructor qualifications are considered an advantage.

Experienced industry professionals with strong subject-matter expertise and the ability to effectively transfer their knowledge are also encouraged to apply, even if training is not their primary occupation.
