Managing workshop operations:
Managing the day-to-day operations of the workshop, including planning and scheduling work, assigning tasks to technicians, and overseeing the quality of work.
Maintaining equipment:
Ensuring that all the equipment used in CPF is properly maintained and repaired, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
Troubleshooting:
Troubleshooting equipment problems and diagnosing faults, in order to determine the best course of action for repair or replacement.
Managing inventory:
Managing the inventory of spare parts and equipment, and ordering new parts and supplies as needed.
Ensuring safety compliance:
Ensuring that all work performed in the workshop is done in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Training technicians:
Training and mentoring workshop technicians to improve their skills and knowledge of equipment maintenance and repair.
Documenting and reporting:
Documenting all maintenance and repair work performed in the workshop, and reporting on maintenance metrics and
trends to management.
Coordination with other departments:
Collaborating with other departments, such as production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure that equipment maintenance and repair activities are aligned with overall production goals.
