We’re Hiring: Product Designer (UI/UX Designer

On-site | Free Zone – Damascus, Syria | Full Time

Do you enjoy understanding why users behave the way they do, identifying where their experience breaks, and turning those insights into better product decisions

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) who sees design as more than creating attractive screens. Someone who enjoys exploring user journeys, analyzing real behavior, solving product problems, and building e-commerce experiences that are both intuitive and effective

What you’ll work on

Design and improve mobile e-commerce experiences, from new features to full product revamps

Create user journeys, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces

Build, maintain, and continuously improve the Design System

Design dashboards and present complex information clearly

Use Google Analytics, funnels, drop-off points, and conversion data to guide design decisions

Analyze heatmaps and session recordings using tools such as UXCam, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity

Conduct usability testing and contribute to A/B testing

Collaborate with Product, Development, and business stakeholders

Prepare clear documentation and organized developer handoffs

What we’re looking for

2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design

Experience designing mobile e-commerce applications

Advanced proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, prototyping, motion, and animation

Strong understanding of user journeys, product design processes, and data-driven design

Ability to connect design decisions to user research, business objectives, and product KPIs such as conversion and retention

Critical thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and clear communication

A genuine passion for learning, experimenting, and improving digital products
