About the Role

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to turn complex account and security workflows into

simple, intuitive experiences. You will partner with product and engineering to design user

journeys that are clear, accessible, and trustworthy. This is a contract role with the

potential to convert to full-time employment

Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and polished interfaces for onboarding, account
• access, and security settings
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve the product experience

Requirements

• Create visually refined, cohesive experiences that feel modern, intuitive, and

• Help build consistent design patterns and advocate for accessibility and usability

• 3+ years of UX/UI or product design experience
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered web or mobile design work
• Proficiency with Figma or similar design tools
• Experience using AI and AI-driven tools to support research, ideation, prototyping
• or other parts of the design process
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and communicate clearly across teams
• Understanding of usability, responsive design, and accessibility best practices
• Preferred
• Experience with security, identity, financial services, or account management
• products
• Familiarity with design systems, analytics, and iterative product development
