مهام ومسؤوليات وظيفة مهندس ضمان الجودة ومراقبة الجودة في الهندسة الميكانيكية
(QA/QC Mechanical Engineer) تشمل، ولكن لا تقتصر على:

1. تطوير إجراءات الضمان ومراقبة الجودة: وضع وتحسين إجراءات الجودة ومعايير العمل لضمان الامتثال للمواصفات والمعايير الصناعية.

2. مراجعة المواصفات والرسومات: فحص وتقييم المواصفات الفنية والرسومات الهندسية للتأكد من تنفيذها بشكل صحيح.

3. التحقق من الجودة في الموقع: مراقبة ومراجعة عمليات البناء والتصنيع للتأكد من جودتها وامتثالها للمواصفات.

4. إدارة الاختبارات والتفتيش: تنظيم وإشراف على عمليات الاختبار والتفتيش للمواد والمعدات والهياكل الميكانيكية.

5. معالجة العيوب والمشاكل: تحديد العيوب والمشاكل في العمليات الهندسية وتطوير حلول لتصحيحها وتجنب تكرارها في المستقبل.

6. تدريب الموظفين: توفير التوجيه والتدريب للموظفين على متطلبات الجودة وإجراءات التفتيش والاختبار.

7. تقييم الأداء والتحسين المستمر: تحليل البيانات والمعلومات المتعلقة بالجودة لتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف وتنفيذ تحسينات مستمرة.

8. التواصل مع العملاء والشركاء: تواصل مستمر مع العملاء والشركاء لضمان تلبية متطلباتهم وتحسين العلاقات.

9. الامتثال للمعايير واللوائح: التأكد من امتثال عمليات الجودة للمعايير الصناعية المحلية والدولية واللوائح ذات الصلة.

10. إعداد التقارير والوثائق الفنية: كتابة التقارير والوثائق الفنية المتعلقة بعمليات الضمان ومراقبة الجودة.
    
    

    1. Developing Quality Assurance and Quality Control Procedures: Establishing and improving quality procedures and work standards to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards.

    2. Reviewing Specifications and Drawings: Examining and evaluating technical specifications and engineering drawings to ensure correct implementation.

    3. On-Site Quality Verification: Monitoring and reviewing construction and manufacturing processes to ensure their quality and compliance with specifications.

    4. Managing Testing and Inspection: Organizing and supervising testing and inspection operations for materials, equipment, and mechanical structures.

    5. Defect and Problem Resolution: Identifying defects and issues in engineering processes and developing solutions to correct them and prevent recurrence in the future.

    6. Employee Training: Providing guidance and training to employees on quality requirements, inspection procedures, and testing.

    7. Performance Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Analyzing quality-related data and information to identify strengths and weaknesses and implementing continuous improvements.

    8. Communicating with Customers and Partners: Maintaining continuous communication with customers and partners to ensure meeting their requirements and improving relationships.

    9. Compliance with Standards and Regulations: Ensuring compliance of quality operations with local and international industry standards and relevant regulations.
